Lost Phoenix Distillery 'Barrel Aged Apple Gin' 700ml Bottle Wine Cask Released in 2022 (Total ofA delightful & innovative creation, our barrel aged apple gin is one to savour whilst neat, but is delightfully transformed when blended with a light tonic + citrus. Apples baked on the premises of Lost Phoenix Farm with cinnamon + star anise are infused in our foundational Australian dry gin. Subtle notes of spiced apples pop into the mouth, balanced alongside malt + juniper berries for a refreshing dream.
