Schmitt Sohne Blue Bottle Riesling Auslese 750 mL Canada Malolactic fermentation was allowed toAuslese (selected harvest) wines are made from grapes that remain on the vine until extremely late in the year as late as December! The result is a mouth filling, luscious wine that displays aromas of wild honeysuckle and dried peaches. These aromas lead to a rich concentration of exotic flavors of dried apricots, tangerine and floral honey. Complimentary to fruits, strong cheese, or rich desserts.
