Description

Grapes are crushed and destemmed and then placed in open top fermenters

It offers the generous biscuity notes you often find from long maturation on the lees with a refreshing apple & pear finish

but treated like a red wine in the sense that the skins are left to macerate in the juice with the hope of extracting more flavour and texture

it's BIG on the palate

Avoid disappointment and sadface phonecalls okay
