Aromas of peach syrup
raspberry and satsuma plum
complimented by coffee beans and vanilla spice undertones
This is a wine of great finesse yet impressive power
A fine example of New World fruit harnessed with Old World restraint and craftsmanship
Savaterre Frere Cadet Chardonnay ABV 40.0% Aromas of peach syrupFrre Cadet is crafted with the same meticulous care and old world sensibility as the Estate Chardonnay unrushed, precise and guided by nature. The only distinction is its origin: fruit from a talented group of vignerons a few kilometres from Savaterre, on distinct Beechworth terroir. This release shows exceptional finesse and definition. Lifted aromas of lime blossom and gardenia mingle with white nectarine, grapefruit, grilled nuts, praline, brioche
