Red Claw Pinot Noir 750ml ABV 13.4% while gentle handling ensured eleganceHandpicked in March, each parcel was meticulously sorted and handled separately in the winery. Destemmed with 10% whole bunches, the fruit was gently guided into traditional open fermenters, where a three day cold soak ensured optimal extraction. After 57 days on skins, the wine was transferred to French oak puncheons (500L) for 10 months of refinement before blending and bottling in December.
