Multi-seal - Sealer Binder Deep Tones providing a positive long-term bondSealer and binder for loose or powdered surfaces before painting. Multi Seal offers outstanding sealing, binding and stain bleed resistance. When used as the first coat of a coating system for new and aged construction surfaces. Multi Seal penetrates the surface and binds in any loose particles to the substrate ensuring the surface is free of contaminants that can ultimately cause adhesion failure of subsequent undercoats and protective finishes.
