Hooten Young Amer Whiskey 12yr 750ml Tempranillo Balanced tannins and acidity lead

Balanced tannins and acidity lead to a smooth texture and long finish

then given an extra day to cool down before being crushed on the distillery's roller mill

It had a wonderful color and rich

it's still a Brooklyn neighborhood landmark after all these years

Refreshingly lively on the palate
