Colourful and joyful flower painting with fascinating textures created through layers and layers of tiny circles
A light-hearted dancer sketch with stylised simplicity
Poised in a vivacious Kitri-style ballet attitude
A grey frame works well (I've framed one of these for exhibition)
Inspired by the romantic ballet
Practice makes perfect: Kitri ballerina painting Ampersand art panel Colourful and joyful flower paintingInspired by one of my favourite ballet solos: this Kitri ballerina creation shares the dedication that goes on in the rehearsal studio. The charming colour palette is ideal for those who love a touch of rich burgundy and soft lilacs. Painted in oils with some lovely texture embellishment on the tutu and fan. Medium: Original oil painting on Ampersand artist panel Dimensions: 11 by 14 inches (approx.)
