9 Mickey Mouse, Trumpeter (Alternate Art) - $128.03 Anyway, Here's Wonderwall This card is incredibly deceiving if you only take the numbers into account

I'm unsure on how to balance this effect, but perhaps it could be an Ignition effect that lowers the Level of all WATER monsters in your possession by a single number until the end of the turn

Key Takeaways: Three Tree City (all versions) dominates the secondary market for Bloomburrow, with the borderless winter variant topping the list

For instance: if you had three Clues, enough mana, and all the relevant cards exiled under Lazav, you could cast Cackling Counterpart targeting Lazav, hold priority before it resolves, sacrifice a Clue to trigger Lazav to transform him into Marionette Master, hold priority again, sacrifice another Clue to trigger Lazav to transform into Octavia, Living Thesis, hold priority once more, cast Armor of Shadows, let everything resolve, then sacrifice a final Clue
