In formats where five mana is not too big of an ask, Rakdos is likely to see some play
Card distribution and Conclusion If we look at the card distribution in the deck, we find 34 creatures, consisting of three enchantments, twelve sorceries, twelve artifacts, and 39 lands
Heres how a list might look like, inspired by Daniele Ingallineras Top 8 list at the online MagicFest: Creatures (4) Lands (29) Spells (27) 4 Opt 4 Expansion 4 Growth Spiral 4 Wilderness Reclamation 2 Aether Gust 1 Mystical Dispute 1 Scorching Dragonfire 2 Storm's Wrath 3 Thassa's Intervention 2 Boon of the Wish-Giver Sideboard In this list, there are four Opts and two Boons, but its definitely possible these numbers could be swapped or even increased to four copies of each in the future, depending how things shape up
"Copy" is my favorite word in the entire game, and if you ever played my Live the Dream Cube on Magic Online , you'll know I attempted an "X spells matters" theme with cards like Zaxara, the Exemplary and Unbound Flourishing
Have fun with your next Commander deck when Commander Legends: Battle for Baldur's Gate arrives June 10, available at your local game store, online retailers such as Amazon, and more!
