Commune with Beavers Yoni Skolnik, the Principal Game Designer who led design vision for this set, pitched this card early on and both Gavin Verhey and I loved it

You dont want this card to be countered at all costs

First off, an ETB costs around $72, and the top hit (Greninja ex SIR) goes for about $337

(You may return a land you control to its owner's hand in addition to any other costs as you cast this spell.) Target creature you control deals damage equal to its power to target creature an opponent controls

The next Pokemon game will be released on October 16th, and will be available on both Nintendo Switch 2 and the original Switch

For many, this is a fond throwback to their childhood, utilizing the original set of Pocket Monsters in updated TCG artwork
