Some of this is because red and green will often support diametrically opposed strategies, but some of it is also that most of the specific Gruul cards that exist are pretty weak

There are a bunch of other niche cards in the set, but I hope this review today has put a spotlight on the cards thatll have the biggest impact on your collection
