Ive lurked here off and on for a while, but now I think its time I put this out there
It simply wins you the game if you manage to have an empty, or in some cases near-empty library, which isnt quite as hard as it seems
You can easily obtain one copy for 750 Gems with 10 free packs of Master Pack from the in-game store, although I would recommend running two or three copies in your deck if possible
negate the effects of that opponent's monster while it is face-up until the end of this turn, that monster you control cannot be destroyed by that battle, also your opponent takes any battle damage you would have taken from that battle
But Chaos Confetti is even funnier
