mtg liliana planeswalker cards Core Set 2019 Deck: : Toys & Games 1 counter on it MtG 2013 Core Set Liliana

Card Name Mana Cost Type Enchantment Aura Rarity Uncommon rules Text Enchant creatureYou control enchanted creature

It was supposed to be a random limited card that saw little constructed play, but it ended up breaking several formats

Due to the limited environment, most commander rules DON'T apply, which mainly means: your deck doesn't need to be built within the color identity of your commander you may play multiple copies of the same card in your deck commander damage as a way to win the game doesn't exist players start at 20 life you'll draft a 40 cards deck in ADDITION to your commander BUT commander tax is still paid as usual

Being a fungus monster, it also probably "eats" from its hands as well

Its a value-oriented deck with plenty of powerful constellation payoffs and enchantment-based finishers
