mtg sultai commander deck Tarkir: Dragonstorm TDM This set comes ready to play Tarkir: Dragonstorm Sultai Arisen Precon

Fireball deals X damage divided evenly, rounded down, among any number of targets

This is our last Black leader

This is yet another shift card, allowing players to spend 3 ink to play it on top of another character named Robin Hood

An enchantment such as [c]Enchantresss Presence[/c] will keep your hand full with more enchantments to play, [c]Sterling Grove[/c] will keep them shielded from enchantment destruction, and [c]Ghostly Prison[/c] will keep the opposing creatures at bay

Tapping and otherwise locking down your opponents creatures definitely fits into the theme of slowing them down

Sarcomite Myr is a better deal than Parcel Myr, but you could still do worse in a deck that wants to send metal to the yard
